Congressional Chaplains: First atheist/realist organization to file and win in US federal court the...

...elimination of Congressional chaplains.  [This is a clear case of the federal government violating the US Constitution’s First Amendment prohibition of establishing a state religion.

Don’t be surprised if non-Christian religions (Jews, Muslims, Scientologists, Hindus, Buddhists, etc.) join the atheist/realist organization in this lawsuit as a way for them to remove the Christian dominance in the US Congress and thus make the US Congress more neutral/fair to all religions.  By these other religions joining the atheists and realists in this case, very few US Congresspersons will likely come out publicly opposing the case for fear of upsetting the followers of those religions who are also constituents of theirs.

Also, don’t be surprised if Tea Party groups join the atheist/realist organization in this lawsuit as a way to reduce down the cost of the federal government.]

Future Challenges:

1) First group of at least 1,000 ordained Christian ministers of a wide variety of Christian denominations to sign a petition calling for the elimination of congressional chaplains to keep church and State separate.

2) First atheist/realist organization to file and win in US federal court the prohibition of religious prayer in or by the US Congress or by the US President or a religious minister.  [Again, don’t be surprised if non-Christian religions (Jews, Muslims, Scientologists, Hindus, Buddhists, etc.) join the atheist/realist organization in this lawsuit to reduce the Christian dominance of the US Congress and US Presidency as well as to make the US Congress and the US President more neutral/fair to all religions.]
