Organ Donors: First US state to offer free motorcycle licenses, free medical care for the...

...incident of their deaths (ambulance, emergency room, and any surgery done to try to save their lives), and free burial services (up to $10,000 paid to the funeral home) to motorcyclists who sign an organ donor contract at their state’s Department of Motor Vehicles.  The bikers then get a special motorcycle license plate and a motorcycle license identification card that both clearly identify the owner as an organ donor.  [Motorcyclists are major organ donors because they commonly die from head trauma in motorcycle accidents: their bodies instinctively live but they’re officially brain dead.  This enables their bodies to function and organs remain viable while their bodies are transported to, and kept alive at, hospitals while organ recipients are called in and prepped for surgery.  Then all of the organs are harvested at once and sent off to recipients.]

Future Challenges:

1) First major US state (population of 9 million or more) to do the above.

2) First US state to no longer deduct points from a motorcyclist's motorcycle license for traffic tickets, reduces traffic ticket fines by 75% for motorcyclists, and eliminates any jail/prison time for such violations for motorcyclists.  [If they want to live dangerously, let them.  They'll love the freedom and society will benefit from their organs.]

3) First major US state (pop. of 9 million or more) to no longer deduct points from a motorcyclist's motorcycle license for traffic tickets, reduces traffic ticket fines by 75% for motorcyclists, and eliminates any jail/prison time for such violations for motorcyclists.

4) First US state to make highway speed limits not apply to motorcycles.

5) First major US state (pop. of 9 million or more) to make highway speed limits not apply to motorcycles.

6) First major motorcycle club (at least 1,000 members and, yes, the club can be a "notorious" biker gang) to require all of its members to be the above organ donors.

7) First major motorcycle club to be accredited by Donate Life America with saving at least 1,000 lives through their deceased club members' organ donations.  [This doesn't mean that 1,000 club members must die since more than one organ can be recovered from a brain-dead person for use in other people's bodies.]

8) First member of the Sturgis city council to introduce a bill to the council and get approved as a city ordinance that, during the annual Sturgis motorcycle rally, only motorcycles with organ donor motorcycle plates can park in the city's downtown district.  The organ donor motorcycle plates can be from any US state or Canada.
