...at least British Columbia) joins the US as a state, the Trans-Bering Strait Bridge (a combination of superhighway, high-speed passenger rail, freight railroad [separate railroad tracks than for the passenger trains], and oil pipeline system) must be built.  [The Cold War is long over.  The Soviet Union lost and the USA won.  Russia is now a shadow of its former glory and has much less influence in the world.  What Russia needs to do is, as the old saying instructs, “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.”  If Russia becomes a US state, it will become the most populous and largest state in the Union (as the USA is now) and thus will get a major say in what the world’s only superpower does, especially when it comes to electing the next US President.

1) At least fifteen of Russia’s Top 40 bands and fifteen of USA’s Top 40 bands to perform at it.

2) At least a million people to attend the concert inside and outside the concert stadium.

3) At least one member of the Russian parliament to speak at a concert and in favor of US statehood.
