...singles and same-sex teams elimination tournaments. First rounds pit females against females and males against males. Second and later rounds only pit females against males until only one sex is left. No handicapping allowed. All tournament games must be played on grass tennis courts. This annual tennis tournament must be held in its entirety in August and its bylaws must state that it cannot be held in the same city twice within the same century or twice in the same country within the same decade.
