...99.9999% success rate – only one false reading out of 1,000,000 – of those who have not been diagnosed as being mentally insane.  [The current state-of-the-art BSLD is 10K (one false reading out of 10,000) so this challenge is meant to put the technology to a much higher level of accuracy and reliability.]

1) First person to successfully and repeatedly fool a 1M BSLD machine and then instruct a total stranger on how to also do so and then that person successfully doing so.

2) First US governor to order all local and state law enforcement agencies in her/his state to drop the investigation of any suspect who passes a 1M BSLD test.

3) First US state to require all law enforcement agencies to offer all prime suspects of a crime to take and pass a 1M BSLD test to remove themselves from suspicion and the active investigation.

4) First US governor to pardon someone convicted of a local or state crime who passes a 1M BSLD as the only proof of their innocence.

5) First US President to order all federal law enforcement agencies to drop the investigation of any suspect who passes a 1M BSLD test.

6) First US President to pardon someone convicted of a federal crime who passes a 1M BSLD as the only proof of their innocence.

7) First US House Representative or US Senator to successfully introduce a bill to Congress and get it signed by the US President that offer all prime suspects of a federal crime to take and pass a 1M BSLD test to remove themselves from suspicion and the active investigation.

Offering all of its prisoners a chance to take a 1M BSLD test and, if they pass it, the test results are made public and their court case is re-opened with the assumption that a miscarriage of justice has transpired, the:
